The Applique-se app provides students and teachers from the Rio de Janeiro State Department of Education (SEEDUC-RJ) with free access to digital content such as video lessons, virtual learning environments, and study materials.

The app is available to elementary, middle, and adult education students and teachers in all modalities offered by SEEDUC-RJ.

Applique-se RJ is provided by Claro S/A to SEEDUC-RJ users.

VPN FUNCTIONALITY FOR ACTIVATING MOBILE CONNECTIVITY SERVICE WITH DATA EXEMPTION FROM TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROVIDERS

This app integrates with mobile telecommunications providers (Claro) through VPN technology to allow its use without consuming data, meaning it won't deduct from the user's mobile data plan with their telecommunications provider. To check eligibility, permission will be requested to set up a VPN connection. This permission must be granted to enjoy the benefit.

During the use of VPN to establish a secure (encrypted) connection and allow app usage without consuming mobile data, no personal or sensitive data is collected, and there is no interference with any other device data traffic. All user-generated traffic is respected and allowed. The amount of data transmitted is recorded to enable the service's operation. A clear message is displayed to the user, informing them about the VPN.

Note: This function is not available on Wi-Fi networks.
